Terms of use
By using Receivo you agree to these terms. Receivo is built and operated by Draft Labs.

1. What Receivo is
Receivo is an independent tool for Udyam-registered micro and small enterprises in India. It calculates an invoice's legal due date under Section 15 of the MSMED Act, 2006, the compound interest owed under Section 16, and whether the buyer's Section 43B(h) income-tax deduction is at risk.
2. Calculations are not legal advice
Receivo applies the law to the dates and figures you enter. It is not a law firm, does not give legal advice, and does not represent you. The RBI bank rate Receivo uses is shown with every result; confirm figures with your CA or lawyer before you rely on them in a notice, complaint or negotiation.
3. Your account
You sign in with a link sent to your email. Keep access to that inbox private: anyone who can read it can sign in as you. Each account is for one business.
4. What you add
The invoices you add remain yours. Enter only information you are entitled to use. Do not add anyone's passwords, bank details or other sensitive information.
5. Plans and price
Checking and saving invoices is free. Receivo Pro (automatic reminders, legal notice drafts and an MSME Samadhaan filing pack) is planned at ₹499 a month. It is in early access: clicking “I'm interested” records your interest and charges nothing.
6. Fair use
Do not scrape or bulk-copy Receivo, try to access other accounts, impersonate Receivo or a government body, or use Receivo to harass anyone.
7. Leaving Receivo
You can delete any invoice from your dashboard, and delete your whole account yourself from Account settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
8. Limits of our responsibility
Receivo is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Draft Labs is not liable for losses arising from reliance on a calculation, a missed payment, or a dispute with a buyer.
9. Changes to these terms
We post updated terms on this page with a new date. Continuing to use Receivo means you accept them.
10. Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by the laws of India. For questions see the common questions; for complaints, write to our grievance contact at admin@draftlabs.org. The privacy policy sets out your rights.
