About Receivo

A free tool that shows micro and small suppliers when their buyers must legally pay, and what late payment costs the buyer.

Last updated 30 October 2026

What Receivo is

Indian law gives Udyam-registered micro and small enterprises strong payment rights: buyers must pay within 45 days (15 without a written agreement), owe compound interest when late, and lose a tax deduction under Section 43B(h). Most suppliers never use these rights. Receivo puts every invoice's legal due date, interest and tax position in one place.

Who runs it

Receivo is built and operated by Draft Labs, an independent team. It is not a government website and is not affiliated with the Ministry of MSME or the MSME Samadhaan portal.

How the dates work

Due dates follow Section 15 of the MSMED Act and interest follows Section 16, using the RBI bank rate shown with each result. See the disclaimer for how figures are worked out and their limits.
