Receivo is not a government website
Receivo is built and run by Draft Labs, an independent team. It is not affiliated with the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, the MSME Samadhaan portal, the Udyam registration portal or the Income Tax Department.

What Receivo does, and what it never does
Receivo calculates legal due dates, Section 16 interest and the Section 43B(h) position for invoices you add, and keeps them in your account. It never files a complaint on your behalf, sends anything to your buyer without your approval, asks for passwords or OTPs, or collects a fee today.
How the figures are worked out
The due date is 15 days after acceptance, or the term agreed in writing capped at 45 days. Interest runs from the day after the due date at three times the RBI bank rate, compounded monthly. Your contract, a dispute about acceptance, or a change in law can change the answer. When in doubt, ask your CA.
Common questions
Is Receivo a government website?
No. Receivo is an independent tool built by Draft Labs. It is not affiliated with the Ministry of MSME, MSME Samadhaan or the Udyam portal.
Is this legal advice?
No. Receivo applies Sections 15 and 16 of the MSMED Act to the dates you enter and shows its working, so you or your CA can check every figure.
Does Receivo file complaints for me?
No. Complaints go to an MSE Facilitation Council through the MSME Samadhaan portal. Receivo Pro plans a ready-to-file pack, which you would file yourself.
Which interest rate does Receivo use?
Three times the RBI bank rate, compounded monthly, as Section 16 says. The rate and its effective date are shown with every result.
Do I need a password?
No. You sign in with a link emailed to you, and Receivo never asks for any password or OTP.
Does Receivo cost anything?
Checking and saving invoices is free. Receivo Pro is planned at ₹499 a month and is in early access, with no charge today.
